Richardson Bot is a personal-use AI assistant operated for David Smith. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to richardsonbottley@gmail.com.
Google data accessed. With authorization, the assistant can read, organize, modify and send Gmail messages, including their contents and attachments; view and manage Google Calendar events; and read, create or edit files in Google Drive, Docs and Sheets. Those items may contain personal information.
How data is used. The assistant uses this data to respond to the account holder’s requests and carry out configured workflows involving email, scheduling and documents. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
Processing and sharing. The assistant runs on a remote server. Relevant content may be processed by an AI inference service to generate responses. Requested results may be delivered through Telegram, email or Google files shared at the account holder’s direction. Telegram bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted.
Storage and control. Authorization credentials, conversations, notes and work files may be stored on the service host; some notes or backups may also be stored in the authorized Google Drive. They are retained while the assistant is in use, unless deletion is requested, subject to operational or legal requirements. Revoking Google access stops future access but does not automatically delete previously stored copies.
