Richardson Bot is a personal-use AI assistant operated for David Smith, not an open public service. Use requires the operator’s permission and any Google access requires the account holder’s authorization.
The assistant helps with email, calendars and files through requested or configured workflows. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, violate another person’s rights, or process information you are not authorized to access.
AI-generated results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review consequential actions and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on outputs involving legal, financial, medical or educational matters. Availability is not guaranteed.
